The new role has been taken on by Pippa Morris who joins from creative hotshop Mother, where she was Strategy Director.

Morris takes responsibility for an 11-strong strategy team, with a brief to grow the headcount.

As a global purpose specialist focused on consultancy, activation and innovation, strategy plays a key role in Revolt’s client success.

The appointment follows strong growth over the past 18 months as clients increasingly demand specialist ESG experience when it comes to brand building.

Reporting to Co-founder Alex Lewis, Morris has been tasked with nurturing the talent in the strategy function and expanding Revolt’s specialist strategic skillsets within the purpose space.

Building on the award-winning output of the team, she will focus on delivering work that enables brands to have a positive impact on the world while driving business growth.

Morris will also become a member of the leadership team at Revolt.

Before joining Revolt, Morris spent seven years at Mother as Strategy Director, working on leading brands including: IKEA, KFC, TikTok, MoneySuperMarket, Stella Artois and Havaianas.

Prior to Mother, Morris was Senior Strategist at AMV BBDO driving the strategy for the likes of Essity Global, Department for Transport, BT and Fairtrade.

During her time Mother, Morris led the development and rollout of KFC’s first ever global campaign, and while at AMV BBDO she won a Gold Lion for the taboo-challenging ‘There will be blood’ campaign for Essity Global.

Her work has enabled her to drive positive change by petitioning the G8 for a consortium of UK charities with the ‘Enough Food IF’ campaign and launching work for the charity MakeMyMoneyMatter, promoting sustainable investing.

Alex Lewis, Co-founder at Revolt, said: “Revolt is at the forefront of helping companies do purpose properly. That transformation starts with first class strategic thinking, and so I’m delighted that with the appointment of Pippa, we’ll have one of the very best strategists around leading the charge.”

Commenting on her new role, Morris said: “I’m really excited about being able to play a lead role in helping brands to effect the type of positive change that can shape successful marketing. I believe the sky is the limit for the impact Revolt will be able to make in the coming years.”
