Revolt is a proudly registered B Corporation. We are committed to creating benefits for all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
And, like other B Corps, we envision a global economy where business can be a force for good for our planet, its people and society. You can read more about some of the ways in which we’ve delivered this positive impact below.
We invest a proportion of our time and our profits into pro bono work to help accelerate the change impact charities, activists and change-makers can have. Working on innovative approaches at the forefront of change also allows us to work on actions, audiences and approaches that provide valuable insights for our clients.
Purpose done properly must understand and measure the impact it has. We encourage all of our clients to build impact measurement into their work, and report on our own impact annually. Our reporting is based on theories of change principles to ensure we’re accurately measuring impacts and not just outputs. In the past two years our work has contributed to 14 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Transparency sits at the heart of progress and our disclosure report is designed to hold ourselves, and our clients, accountable to the values we hold closely. It contains a clear breakdown of our client base by category and geography. Each year we survey our business to understand the clients and categories we are comfortable working on.
We fully acknowledge we are on a journey and while DIB is a key focus we always question what more we could do and how we could do it faster. We are not yet where we want to be and strive to continue to evolve our practices to ensure Revolt is a place where diverse talent flourishes.
