We invest a proportion of our time and our profits into pro bono work to help accelerate the change impact charities, activists and change-makers can have. Working on innovative approaches at the forefront of change also allows us to work on actions, audiences and approaches that provide valuable insights for our clients.

Purpose done properly must understand and measure the impact it has. We encourage all of our clients to build impact measurement into their work, and report on our own impact annually. Our reporting is based on theories of change principles to ensure we’re accurately measuring impacts and not just outputs. In the past two years our work has contributed to 14 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We fully acknowledge we are on a journey and while DIB is a key focus we always question what more we could do and how we could do it faster. We are not yet where we want to be and strive to continue to evolve our practices to ensure Revolt is a place where diverse talent flourishes.
